When do I need to be registered? Registration and payment need to be completed by May 31, 2024.
Which events do I sign up for? The main event is the Saturday evening dinner and social. The Friday evening reception and Saturday activities are available to enjoy more time with old friends.
Are Overnight Stays Available? Why is the dinner event $125 per person? We want this event to be special, from the location, the dinner menu, and the banquet facility. Dinner will be a deluxe offering including steak, chicken, multiple salads, vegetables, and desserts. Facilities, food, AV equipment, and beverage service are costly.
Will an option to purchase alcohol or other beverages be available? A cash beverage bar will be available all evening to purchase soft drinks or alcohol. Lemonade and water are free of charge.
Is there an installment payment option? Yes, the reunion dinner and golf event can be paid in full or a partial deposit can be made. If the deposit option is used, payments can be made at any time. The balance due will be billed on July 31, 2024.
What if I have a financial hardship but want to attend? A donation option is available at checkout and encouraged. Donations will be used to assist those with financial hardship attend the Saturday dinner event. Please contact a member of the committee if you plan to attend and assistance is needed.
